What counts as a "property"?
A property is a managed site with a unique address. Multi-building campuses (HOAs, business parks, municipal contracts) count as one property.
What if I go over my property limit mid-month?
We won't cut you off. We'll flag it and help you right-size at renewal. No overage fees.
Can I import from Aspire, LMN, or Jobber?
Yes. The onboarding call includes guided import from HubSpot, Google Sheets, and most major landscape CRMs.
